Description

Soft, chewy, flourless cookies made with four simple pantry ingredients, mixed in minutes and baked to golden perfection with rich peanut butter flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla in a bowl until the dough becomes smooth and thick.
  2. Roll dough into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Press each dough ball with a fork to make the classic criss-cross pattern.
  4. Bake at 350°F until the edges are lightly golden.
  5. Cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a rack to finish cooling.

Notes

  1. For a chewier cookie, use brown sugar instead of granulated sugar.
  2. Chill the dough for 10 minutes if using natural peanut butter.
  3. Add mini chocolate chips or sea salt for variation.
