Description

These Air Fryer Chicken Mozzarella Wraps are crispy on the outside, cheesy on the inside, and perfect for an easy weeknight meal. Made with seasoned chicken, melted mozzarella, and golden tortillas, they deliver comfort food flavor with less oil and minimal prep.

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the chicken strips with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F and cook the seasoned chicken in a single layer for 10 minutes, flipping halfway, until fully cooked.
  3. Lay tortillas flat and add cooked chicken, shredded mozzarella, and optional vegetables to the center.
  4. Fold in the sides and roll tightly into wraps, seam-side down.
  5. Lightly spray the wraps with oil and air fry at 380°F for 4–6 minutes, turning once, until golden and crispy.

Notes

  1. Do not overfill the wraps to prevent splitting.
  2. Reheat leftovers in the air fryer for best texture.
  3. Use reduced-fat cheese or whole wheat tortillas for a lighter option.
