Ingredients

1 cup frozen pineapple

1 medium ripe banana

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional)

Instructions

Add coconut milk to the base of a high-speed blender.

Add Greek yogurt (if using), followed by banana, mango, and pineapple.

Add ice cubes on top.

Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth.
