Description
A refreshing tropical smoothie inspired by Hawaiian flavors, made with pineapple, mango, banana, and coconut milk. It’s perfect for breakfast, post-workout, or a healthy snack, delivering island vibes in every sip.
Ingredients
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup frozen mango
1 medium ripe banana
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
1–2 tsp honey or agave (optional)
1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
Add coconut milk to the base of a high-speed blender.
Add Greek yogurt (if using), followed by banana, mango, and pineapple.
Add ice cubes on top.
Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed.
Serve immediately in a tall glass or as a smoothie bowl.
Notes
Substitute Greek yogurt with plant-based yogurt for a vegan version.
Use frozen fruit for a thicker, colder texture.
