- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional for depth)
- 1 tablespoon honey or light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 3 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable or avocado oil (for cooking)
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions (for garnish)
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Slice beef thinly and chop broccoli into small florets. Boil ramen noodles for 2 minutes, drain, and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef in a single layer, sear until browned, then remove.
- Add a bit of oil to the skillet and toss in broccoli. Add a splash of water, cover, and steam for 2 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Whisk soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Add sauce to skillet with broccoli, stir in cornstarch mixture.
- Return beef and add noodles. Toss everything to coat evenly in sauce.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, then serve hot.
