Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 large eggs
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup cooked turkey sausage or chopped lean ham
1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and seasonings in a large bowl.
3. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, Greek yogurt, and olive oil until smooth.
4. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix gently until a dough forms.
5. Fold in cheese and turkey sausage without overmixing.
6. Scoop dough into 8–10 mounds on the prepared baking sheet.
7. Bake for 20–22 minutes, until golden brown.
8. Let biscuits cool on a wire rack before serving.
