Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Shape the softened ice cream into a dome and freeze until firm.
  3. Place the ice cream dome on the brownie base and freeze again.
  4. Prepare the meringue and whip to glossy stiff peaks.
  5. Cover the frozen dome completely with meringue.
  6. Toast the meringue with a torch or briefly in a hot oven.
