Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and add diced apples, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Cook until apples soften and sauce thickens, then cool slightly.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt until combined, then press into serving cups.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, add powdered sugar and vanilla, then fold in whipped topping.
- Layer crust, cream, and caramelized apples in each cup.
- Top with caramel drizzle and garnish with pecans or granola.
- Chill 30 minutes before serving.
