Ingredients
3 medium apples, peeled and diced
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (optional)
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
4 tbsp melted butter
Pinch of salt
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup whipped topping
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup caramel sauce
Crushed pecans or granola for garnish
Instructions
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and add diced apples, sugars, and cinnamon.
Cook until apples soften and sauce thickens, then cool slightly.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt until combined, then press into serving cups.
Beat cream cheese until smooth, add powdered sugar and vanilla, then fold in whipped topping.
Layer crust, cream, and caramelized apples in each cup.
Top with caramel drizzle and garnish with pecans or granola.
Chill 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Add toppings just before serving for best texture.
Freezing not recommended as cream texture may change.
