A decadent dessert that combines rich, fudgy brownie layers with creamy, tangy cheesecake swirls. Cheesecake brownies are easy to make, visually stunning, and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Brownie Layer:

½ cup unsalted butter

4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs
-
1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup all-purpose flour

2 tbsp cocoa powder
-
¼ tsp salt
Cheesecake Layer:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

⅓ cup granulated sugar
-
1 large egg
-
tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.

Melt butter and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat. Let cool slightly.

Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla until glossy. Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla and mix until creamy.

Pour most of the brownie batter into the pan. Spread the cheesecake layer on top.

Drop the remaining brownie batter on top and swirl with a knife.

Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until center is just set.

Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
For cleaner slices, chill the brownies before cutting.
Don’t over-swirl to preserve the marbled look.
Brownies can be frozen after slicing.
