Ingredients

¾ cup (90 g) confectioners’ sugar

1 cup (240 ml) cold heavy cream

2 tbsp (30 g) unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
(Optional) Prepare the Crust:
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press about 1 tbsp of the mixture into the bottom of each serving cup. Chill or bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes, then let cool completely.Prepare the Mousse Base:

Notes
For best texture, chill mousse for 2–3 hours or overnight.
To avoid lumps, always use room-temperature cream cheese and cold heavy cream.
