Description

These cheesy chicken crescent rolls are a comforting and easy dinner made with shredded chicken, melted cheese, and creamy sauce wrapped in golden flaky dough. Perfect for quick weeknights or family meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count each)
  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken (about 1 lb)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) milk (use soup can to measure)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 cup cooked spinach, 2 tbsp crumbled bacon


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Separate crescent dough triangles and place a spoonful of filling on each.
  4. Roll up from wide end and place seam-side down in the dish.
  5. Whisk condensed soup and milk together and pour over the rolls.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and bake 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  1. Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  2. Bake uncovered for a crispier crust.
  3. Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days and reheat at 325°F for 15 minutes.
