Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a wide skillet over medium-high heat until deeply browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes with their juice, and uncooked rice until evenly combined.
  3. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer gently, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender and the mixture is thick and spoonable.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and spread evenly.
