Ingredients
3 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or leftover)
2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
3 cups frozen tater tots
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup chopped broccoli florets (optional)
2 cloves garlic, minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder)
1 tsp Italian seasoning or parsley flakes
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: ½ cup cooked bacon bits or diced ham
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, seasoning, and optional broccoli or bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread the creamy chicken mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, until the sauce is bubbling and tater tots are golden.
Optional: Sprinkle additional cheese on top during the last 5–10 minutes for a cheesy crust.
Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
Rotisserie chicken saves time and adds moisture.
Use a lighter Alfredo sauce or add extra veggies for a healthier version.
For crispier tots, broil for 1–2 minutes after baking.
Can be assembled ahead, refrigerated overnight, or frozen before baking.
