Description
Chocolate Chia Pudding is a creamy, healthy dessert or snack made with chia seeds, milk, cocoa powder, and a sweetener. It’s nutrient-rich, vegan-friendly, and easy to customize with different toppings and flavors.
Ingredients
½ cup chia seeds
1 cup milk (almond, coconut, soy, or dairy)
1–2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
Optional toppings: fresh berries, nuts, cocoa powder, nut butter
Instructions
In a bowl, combine chia seeds and milk.
Add cocoa powder and sweetener.
Whisk thoroughly to ensure even distribution of chia seeds.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
After chilling, stir well. If the pudding is too thick, add a splash of milk.
Serve topped with fresh fruit, nuts, or dusted with cocoa powder.
Notes
Adjust the chia-to-liquid ratio depending on desired texture.
Stir again after 1–2 hours of chilling for even consistency.
Use high-quality cocoa powder for the best flavor.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Freeze in individual portions for longer storage.
