Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy, then add eggs and vanilla.
  2. Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt separately.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Chill cookie dough for 20 minutes.
  5. Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  6. Press half the cookie dough into a metal 9×13 pan.
  7. Spread cheesecake filling evenly over the base.
  8. Dot remaining cookie dough on top.
  9. Bake at 350°F until edges are golden and center is set.
  10. Cool completely and refrigerate before slicing.
