- 2 cups shredded coconut, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup coconut milk or coconut cream
- 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- Optional: toasted coconut flakes
- Optional: crushed pecans or almonds

Instructions
- Combine shredded coconut, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt.
- Mix until the mixture sticks together without feeling too wet.
- Press the coconut mixture firmly into silicone dome molds.
- Freeze the molds for at least 30 minutes to firm.
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil until smooth and glossy.
- Unmold the coconut domes and spoon chocolate over the tops to coat.
- Refrigerate the domes until the chocolate shell has fully set.
- Serve chilled with toasted coconut or additional garnish.
