Ingredients
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup cranberry sauce (whole-berry or homemade)
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp orange zest (optional)
2 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Nonstick spray or parchment paper for baking
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth; mix in powdered sugar, vanilla, cranberry sauce, and optional nuts.
3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles or small rectangles; place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each piece.
4. Fold corners over filling and pinch edges to seal.
5. Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 11–13 minutes until golden brown.
6. Cool for 5 minutes before serving; enjoy warm or at room temperature.
Notes
You can make these ahead and refrigerate before baking. Reheat in the oven or air fryer to keep the crust crisp. Add rosemary or cinnamon sugar for a festive twist.
