  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 bay leaf


Instructions

  3. Simmer until potatoes are tender and broth thickens naturally.
  4. Stir in milk and heavy cream, mixing until smooth and creamy.
  5. Fold in shredded chicken and continue simmering until heated through.
  6. Remove bay leaf, garnish, and serve warm.

Notes

  1. For a thicker soup, mash a portion of the potatoes before adding cream.
