This refreshing, no-bake Strawberry Cheesecake Salad is a creamy, fruity treat perfect for spring and summer gatherings. With sweet strawberries, fluffy whipped topping, and rich cheesecake pudding, it’s a quick 15-minute dish that blends dessert and salad into one irresistible creation.
Ingredients
3.4 oz (1 package) cheesecake pudding mix
1 cup cold milk
12 oz whipped topping (or substitute with homemade whipped cream or Greek yogurt)
1 lb fresh strawberries, sliced (or thawed frozen strawberries, well drained)
1–2 bananas, sliced (optional)
1½ cups mini marshmallows (optional)
Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
Whisk the cheesecake pudding mix with cold milk in a large mixing bowl until thickened.
Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping (or Greek yogurt).
Wash and slice strawberries. Slice bananas if using.
Fold in the fruit and mini marshmallows until everything is evenly coated.
Serve immediately or chill for up to 1 hour before serving.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
Use lemon juice to keep banana slices from browning.
For a lower sugar version, use sugar-free pudding and low-fat whipped topping.
Avoid overmixing to keep the fruit and cream mixture light and fluffy.
Best consumed fresh for optimal texture.
Prepping components separately and combining just before serving can be done in advance.
