Delicious Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna made with layers of ravioli, marinara, and cheese. Enjoy an easy, comforting meal in just a few hours.

- 1 (25 oz) package frozen ravioli
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey (optional)
- 1 jar marinara sauce (about 24 oz)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Fresh basil (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef or turkey in a skillet, drain excess fat, and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Spread a small amount of marinara sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
- Layer frozen ravioli over the sauce.
- Top with mozzarella, ricotta, and Parmesan cheese.
- Add a layer of cooked ground meat (if using).
- Repeat the layering until all ingredients are used.
- Top the final layer with sauce and more cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
- Let sit for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
Notes
- You can make this dish ahead of time and store it in the fridge overnight before cooking.
- This recipe can be made vegetarian by omitting the meat and adding extra veggies.
- If using fresh ravioli, reduce the cooking time to 2-3 hours on low.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or frozen for up to 2-3 months.
