Description

Delicious Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna made with layers of ravioli, marinara, and cheese. Enjoy an easy, comforting meal in just a few hours.


Ingredients

  • 1 (25 oz) package frozen ravioli
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey (optional)
  • 1 jar marinara sauce (about 24 oz)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Fresh basil (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef or turkey in a skillet, drain excess fat, and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Spread a small amount of marinara sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Layer frozen ravioli over the sauce.
  4. Top with mozzarella, ricotta, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Add a layer of cooked ground meat (if using).
  6. Repeat the layering until all ingredients are used.
  7. Top the final layer with sauce and more cheese.
  8. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
  9. Let sit for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil and serve.

Notes

  1. You can make this dish ahead of time and store it in the fridge overnight before cooking.
  2. This recipe can be made vegetarian by omitting the meat and adding extra veggies.
  3. If using fresh ravioli, reduce the cooking time to 2-3 hours on low.
  4. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or frozen for up to 2-3 months.
