Ingredients
1 sheet crescent or roll dough
4 large eggs
1–2 tablespoons butter
Splash of milk
Salt and pepper, to taste
½ cup cooked breakfast sausage (crumbled)
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mix of cheddar and American)
Optional: cooked bacon, diced vegetables
Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook the Sausage:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned. Set aside.
Scramble the Eggs:
In the same skillet, melt butter. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble until just cooked. Set aside.
Assemble the Roll-Ups:
Unroll the dough and spread it flat. Sprinkle with cheese, then layer eggs and sausage.
Roll the dough tightly and cut into 8 even pieces.
Bake:
Place rolls on the baking sheet, spacing them out. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
Serve:
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm.
