Description

A quick and customizable breakfast option, this English Muffin Breakfast Pizza features toasted English muffins topped with eggs, cheese, sausage or bacon, and veggies. It’s easy to prepare, perfect for busy mornings, and fun to personalize with your favorite toppings.


Ingredients

  • 2 English muffins, split and toasted

  • 2 eggs (scrambled or fried)

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup cooked sausage or bacon crumbles

  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce (optional)

  • 2 tbsp diced bell peppers

  • 2 tbsp diced onions

  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/2 tsp dried basil

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Toast the English muffin halves until lightly crisp (3–4 minutes).

  • Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce (optional) on each muffin half.

  • Add scrambled or fried egg on top of the sauce.

  • Sprinkle sausage or bacon evenly over the eggs.

  • Top with shredded cheese, diced bell peppers, and onions.

  • Sprinkle with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.

  • Bake in the oven for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

You can substitute vegetarian sausage or mushrooms for a meat-free version.
