Ingredients

  • 23 tablespoons milk

  • White gel food coloring

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then mix in the egg and extracts.
  2. Add dry ingredients and mix until a smooth dough forms, then chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll the dough to 1/4 inch thickness and cut into circles.
  4. Chill the cut dough briefly, then bake until edges are lightly golden.
  5. Let cookies cool completely before icing.
  6. Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make icing, tint most green.
  7. Flood cookies with green icing and tap gently to level.
