Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, combine milk, eggs, vanilla, and butter until smooth.
  3. Mix wet and dry ingredients to form a thick, pourable batter.
  4. Heat oil in a pot to 350°F–375°F.
  5. Pipe or spoon circles of batter into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  6. Flip halfway, then remove and drain on paper towels.
  7. Dust warm donuts with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
