Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 ½ lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Toss halved potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook potatoes until golden and tender, then remove and set aside.
  4. Add a bit more oil to the skillet, sear steak bites in batches until browned but still juicy.
  5. Lower heat, add butter and garlic; stir until fragrant.
  6. Return potatoes to the pan and toss everything in the garlic butter.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

  1. Use well-marbled cuts like ribeye or sirloin for tender results.
  2. Do not overcrowd the pan to keep steak bites crispy.
