Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 medium zucchinis, diced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • Fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Dice the zucchini, onion, bell pepper, and mince the garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it into crumbles.
  4. Stir in onion, garlic, and bell pepper and cook until softened.
  5. Mix in tomato paste, Italian seasoning, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
  6. Add diced zucchini and pour in chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  7. Simmer until zucchini is tender and the mixture thickens.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
