Instructions
- Dice the zucchini, onion, bell pepper, and mince the garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it into crumbles.
- Stir in onion, garlic, and bell pepper and cook until softened.
- Mix in tomato paste, Italian seasoning, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Add diced zucchini and pour in chicken broth, stirring to combine.
- Simmer until zucchini is tender and the mixture thickens.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
