- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons cold water
Instructions
- Prep the vegetables and whisk together the soy sauce, sweetener, broth, vinegar, sesame oil, and cornstarch slurry.
- Heat oil in a large skillet and brown the ground turkey until fully cooked.
- Add the onions, peppers, carrots, and broccoli and cook until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour in the teriyaki sauce and stir until thickened and glossy.
- Serve over rice, noodles, or cauliflower rice with optional sesame seeds or green onions.
