Ingredients
3–4 ripe bananas, frozen
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (Dutch-processed or natural)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup plant-based milk (almond, oat, or coconut)
Optional: 1–2 tablespoons natural sweetener (maple syrup, dates, or honey if not strictly vegan)
Optional toppings: cocoa nibs, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, fresh berries, dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
Peel and slice bananas, then freeze them for at least 2 hours or until solid.
In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine frozen bananas, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and plant-based milk.
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
Taste and adjust sweetness, adding natural sweeteners if desired.
Serve immediately as soft-serve or transfer to a container and freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer texture.

Notes
