½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp paprika
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
For the Wraps:
1 lb ground beef (80/20 lean)
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
4 large flour tortillas
4 slices of cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
½ onion, finely diced
½ cup sliced pickles
Instructions
Make the Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth. Refrigerate for 2+ hours for best flavor.

Warm the Tortillas: Microwave or heat tortillas in a dry skillet to soften.
Assemble Wraps: Lay tortillas flat. Add lettuce, cooked beef, sauce, cheese, onions, and pickles.
Wrap: Fold in the sides and roll tightly.
Optional – Crisp the Wrap: Toast in a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
Serve: Cut in half and enjoy warm with extra sauce.
Notes
Use Greek yogurt instead of mayo for a healthier sauce.
Swap beef with ground turkey, veggie crumbles, or grilled chicken.
Store unassembled components separately for freshness.
