  • Yield: 4 wraps 1x

Description

This homemade Big Mac wrap delivers the iconic flavors of a fast-food classic in a lighter, handheld form. Juicy ground beef, crisp lettuce, tangy pickles, melty cheese, and a rich special sauce are all wrapped in a soft tortilla. It’s quick, delicious, and family-friendly — a perfect meal for busy days.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Special Sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles

  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard

  • 1 tsp white vinegar

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

  • ¼ tsp onion powder

For the Wraps:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 lean)

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese

  • 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce

  • ½ onion, finely diced

  • ½ cup sliced pickles

Instructions

  1. Make the Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth. Refrigerate for 2+ hours for best flavor.

  2. Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Break into small crumbles. Cook for 4–5 minutes or until browned.

  3. Warm the Tortillas: Microwave or heat tortillas in a dry skillet to soften.

  4. Assemble Wraps: Lay tortillas flat. Add lettuce, cooked beef, sauce, cheese, onions, and pickles.

  5. Wrap: Fold in the sides and roll tightly.

  6. Optional – Crisp the Wrap: Toast in a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.

  7. Serve: Cut in half and enjoy warm with extra sauce.

Notes

Use Greek yogurt instead of mayo for a healthier sauce.

Swap beef with ground turkey, veggie crumbles, or grilled chicken.

Store unassembled components separately for freshness.

Wraps can be frozen and reheated for meal prep.
