Description

A refreshing homemade electrolyte drink made with coconut water, citrus juices, sea salt, and natural sweetener for clean, natural hydration.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened coconut water
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt or Himalayan salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 3 cups filtered water


Instructions

  1. Combine coconut water, orange juice, lemon juice, and water in a pitcher.
  2. Stir in sea salt until fully dissolved.
  3. Add honey or maple syrup and mix until blended.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator or add ice for immediate cooling.
