Instructions
- Layer phyllo sheets in a buttered springform pan, brushing each with melted butter and sprinkling nuts between layers.
- Beat cream cheese, honey, and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, lemon zest, vanilla, and cornstarch. Mix until silky.
- Pour filling over the phyllo crust and bake until edges are set and center slightly wobbles.
- Cool completely, then chill overnight for best texture.
- Warm honey, water, lemon juice, and vanilla. Drizzle syrup over chilled cheesecake before serving.
