  • 1 package phyllo dough, thawed
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup honey (for syrup)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (for syrup)


Instructions

  1. Layer phyllo sheets in a buttered springform pan, brushing each with melted butter and sprinkling nuts between layers.
  2. Beat cream cheese, honey, and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, lemon zest, vanilla, and cornstarch. Mix until silky.
  3. Pour filling over the phyllo crust and bake until edges are set and center slightly wobbles.
  4. Cool completely, then chill overnight for best texture.
  5. Warm honey, water, lemon juice, and vanilla. Drizzle syrup over chilled cheesecake before serving.
