Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tbsp dried chaga chunks (or chaga powder)

  • 1 tbsp roasted dandelion root

  • 2 cups filtered water

  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk (oat, almond, or coconut)

  • 12 tsp maple syrup (or honey/agave)

  • Optional: dash of cinnamon or splash of vanilla extract

  • Ice cubes (for serving)

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, combine chaga chunks and roasted dandelion root with filtered water.

  • Simmer gently for 20–30 minutes.

  • Strain the herbal tea and let it cool to room temperature.

  • Fill a glass with ice and pour in 1/2 cup of the brewed tea.

  • Add plant-based milk and sweetener to taste.

  • Optionally, add a dash of cinnamon or vanilla.

  • Stir well and serve chilled.

Notes

Chaga powder can be used instead of chunks and steeps faster (10–15 minutes).

Store extra brewed tea in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Adjust milk, sweeteners, or spices to your liking.
