Ingredients

1 tbsp dried chaga chunks (or chaga powder)

1 tbsp roasted dandelion root

2 cups filtered water

1/2 cup plant-based milk (oat, almond, or coconut)

1–2 tsp maple syrup (or honey/agave)

Optional: dash of cinnamon or splash of vanilla extract

Instructions

In a saucepan, combine chaga chunks and roasted dandelion root with filtered water.

Simmer gently for 20–30 minutes.

Strain the herbal tea and let it cool to room temperature.

Fill a glass with ice and pour in 1/2 cup of the brewed tea.

Add plant-based milk and sweetener to taste.

Optionally, add a dash of cinnamon or vanilla.

Notes
Chaga powder can be used instead of chunks and steeps faster (10–15 minutes).
Store extra brewed tea in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Adjust milk, sweeteners, or spices to your liking.
Avoid adding milk before storing the tea base.
