Ingredients
Crust:
1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup granulated sugar
Filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream (whipped to soft peaks)
½ cup mini chocolate chips
Topping:
1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
Instructions
Prepare Crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until it resembles wet sand. Press into a 9-inch pie pan and chill for 15 minutes.
Make Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until combined. Gently fold in whipped cream and mini chocolate chips.
Assemble: Spread half of the filling into the crust. Spoon cherry pie filling evenly over it. Top with the remaining filling and smooth the surface.
Chill: Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours before serving.
Notes
Use dark or white chocolate chips for variation.
For a healthier version, substitute low-fat cream cheese and use stevia or erythritol.
