Description

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pita or flatbread wraps (warm and soft)
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh parsley or lettuce (optional)


Instructions

  1. Whisk together yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add chicken and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best flavor.
  3. Grill, bake, or pan-sear chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes per side.
  4. Let chicken rest, then slice thinly.
  5. Warm pita bread and spread tzatziki sauce over each.
  6. Add sliced chicken, cucumber, tomato, onion, and feta cheese.
  7. Garnish with parsley or lettuce and serve immediately.
