Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • 6 crushed Oreos (for filling)
  • 6 mini Oreos (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons Oreo crumbs (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of each dessert cup.
  3. Blend softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Mix in vanilla extract.
  5. Fold whipped heavy cream gently into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Stir in crushed Oreos to create the cookies-and-cream filling.
