Description
Creamy mini tiramisu cups layered with espresso-soaked ladyfingers and whipped mascarpone cream, chilled to perfection for an elegant no-bake dessert.

- 1 cup strong brewed espresso, cooled
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese, cold
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 18–20 ladyfingers
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)
- Chocolate shavings (optional)
Instructions
- Brew the espresso and allow it to cool completely.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Combine mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla, then fold in the whipped cream.
- Dip each ladyfinger into the cooled espresso briefly.
- Layer dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of each cup.
- Add a layer of mascarpone cream and repeat as needed.
- Dust the tops with cocoa powder and add chocolate shavings if desired.
- Chill for at least two hours before serving.
Notes
- Do not over-soak the ladyfingers to keep layers intact.
- Chill overnight for the richest flavor.
- Leave out the liqueur for a kid-friendly version.
