Description

Creamy mini tiramisu cups layered with espresso-soaked ladyfingers and whipped mascarpone cream, chilled to perfection for an elegant no-bake dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong brewed espresso, cooled
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese, cold
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1820 ladyfingers
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)
  • Chocolate shavings (optional)


Instructions

  1. Brew the espresso and allow it to cool completely.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Combine mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla, then fold in the whipped cream.
  4. Dip each ladyfinger into the cooled espresso briefly.
  5. Layer dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of each cup.
  6. Add a layer of mascarpone cream and repeat as needed.
  7. Dust the tops with cocoa powder and add chocolate shavings if desired.
  8. Chill for at least two hours before serving.

Notes

  1. Do not over-soak the ladyfingers to keep layers intact.
  2. Chill overnight for the richest flavor.
  3. Leave out the liqueur for a kid-friendly version.
