Chocolate Topping:

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for shine)

  • Optional: ¼ cup peanut butter chips or crushed peanuts for garnish


Instructions

  • Make the base: In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and powdered sugar. Mix until it resembles wet sand. Press evenly into a parchment-lined 9×9-inch pan.

  • Peanut butter layer: Mix creamy peanut butter, softened butter, and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread evenly over the graham cracker base.

  • Chocolate topping: Microwave chocolate chips with coconut oil in 15-second intervals, stirring between each until fully melted. Pour over the peanut butter layer and smooth with a spatula.

  • Chill and set: Refrigerate for 30–40 minutes, or until firm.

  • Cut and serve: Lift from the pan using parchment paper and cut into squares. Garnish with peanut butter chips or nuts if desired.

Notes

Adjust sweetness by reducing powdered sugar if preferred.

You can use milk or dark chocolate instead of semisweet.

For cleaner cuts, warm your knife slightly before slicing.
