Ingredients
12 Oreo cookies (crushed) or 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 cup heavy cream, cold
Fresh berries (optional)
Chocolate shavings (optional)
Caramel or chocolate sauce (optional)
Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
Mix the crumbs with melted butter until combined and press into the bottom of the cups.
Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice until completely smooth.
Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture in batches.
Spoon or pipe the filling over the crust.
Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Add toppings before serving.
