Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Oreo cookies or 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream (cold)
  • Fresh berries (optional)
  • Chocolate shavings (optional)
  • Caramel or chocolate sauce (optional)
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies or graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter until combined.
  2. Spoon the crust mixture into serving cups and press gently to form a base.
  3. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently until fully combined.
  6. Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling over the crust layer in each cup.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

  2. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks for best texture.
  3. Chill for at least 4 hours for proper setting.
  4. Add toppings just before serving to keep them fresh.
  5. Store covered in the fridge for up to 5 days.
