Instructions
- Sauté onions, carrots, celery, and mushrooms in butter until softened.
- Stir in garlic, poultry seasoning, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle flour over vegetables and cook briefly.
- Pour in chicken broth and milk, stirring until smooth.
- Add gnocchi and simmer until tender.
- Stir in shredded chicken and peas, adjusting seasoning as needed.
