Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
- Mix the crumbs with softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and chill for 30–60 minutes.
- Melt chocolate and dip each ball, letting excess drip off.
- Place on parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until set.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- Freeze up to 3 months before or after dipping.
- Use regular Oreos for best texture (not Double Stuf).
- Let sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving.
