Description

Oreo Balls are chocolate cookie truffles made with crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and a smooth chocolate coating. These no-bake treats are rich, creamy, and easy to make, perfect for holidays or simple dessert cravings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 12 oz semi-sweet or white chocolate (melted)
  • Optional toppings: crushed cookies, sprinkles, or peppermint bits

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
  2. Mix the crumbs with softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Roll into 1-inch balls and chill for 30–60 minutes.
  4. Melt chocolate and dip each ball, letting excess drip off.
  5. Place on parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until set.

Notes

  1. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  2. Freeze up to 3 months before or after dipping.
  3. Use regular Oreos for best texture (not Double Stuf).
  4. Let sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving.
