Ingredients
Scale
- 1½ cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup fresh orange segments or orange juice
- ½ cup Greek yogurt or non-dairy yogurt
- ½ cup coconut water, almond milk, or regular milk
- 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 3–4 ice cubes (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Add frozen pineapple and fresh orange segments to a blender.
- Add yogurt and your preferred liquid such as coconut water, almond milk, or dairy milk.
- Add honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract if desired.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust texture by adding more liquid if too thick or ice cubes for a colder, thicker smoothie.
- Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use frozen pineapple for the best thick and creamy smoothie texture.
- For a lighter smoothie, replace yogurt with coconut water or fresh orange juice.
- Add a handful of spinach for extra nutrients without changing the flavor.
- Blend in vanilla protein powder to make it more filling after workouts.
- Taste before adding sweetener because pineapple is naturally sweet.
