Ingredients

12 ounces ramen noodles
2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
1 tablespoon mirin
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
2 soft-boiled eggs
6 ounces sliced cooked chicken or pork
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup fresh spinach or bok choy
2 chopped green onions
Instructions
Warm the broth in a pot and stir in soy sauce, miso, and sesame oil.
