  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish or line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Pat chicken dry and rub with olive oil, garlic, paprika, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
