- 12 slider buns
- 1½ pounds corned beef, thinly sliced
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1½ cups sauerkraut, well drained
- ¾ cup Thousand Island dressing
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Slice the slider buns horizontally without separating them.
- Place the bottom buns in the baking dish and spread a thin layer of dressing.
- Layer half the Swiss cheese, all the corned beef, and the sauerkraut evenly.
- Drizzle remaining dressing over the sauerkraut and top with remaining cheese.
- Place the top buns over the layers.
- Mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and caraway seeds.
- Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the buns.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden and melted.
- Let rest briefly, garnish with parsley, slice, and serve warm.

- Drain sauerkraut thoroughly to prevent soggy sliders.
- Add butter topping just before baking if assembling ahead.
