Ingredients

8 slices of sourdough or Italian bread

6 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella

1/2 cup shredded cheddar

Fresh shrimp, cleaned and deveined

1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

In a small bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic and parsley. Set aside.

Lightly season shrimp with salt and toss in olive oil. Sauté until pink and cooked through.

Spread garlic butter on one side of each bread slice.

Heat a skillet over medium heat.
