Description

These Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Beef Bites are tender, juicy, and coated in a rich, garlicky butter sauce that melts in your mouth. The perfect easy comfort meal for busy weeknights or cozy weekends.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat or chuck roast, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, sliced
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon cold water (optional for thickening)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cut beef into bite-sized cubes and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. (Optional) Sear the beef in a skillet with a little butter until browned.
  3. Add the beef, minced garlic, onion, paprika, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce to the slow cooker.
  4. Top with butter slices and cover.
  5. Cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours until tender.
  6. If you prefer a thicker sauce, stir in the cornstarch slurry during the last 20 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
