Instructions

- Mix dry ingredients with the wet mixture, then add milk until batter forms.
- Scoop batter onto a baking sheet and bake until golden and set. Cool completely.
- Beat butter and marshmallow creme, then add powdered sugar and vanilla to form filling.
- Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream to create a smooth ganache.
- Pipe marshmallow filling onto half the cookie rounds.
- Spread or drizzle ganache onto the remaining rounds.
- Sandwich cookies together gently and chill briefly for cleaner edges.
