Description

  • 1 cup marshmallow creme
  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream


Instructions

  1. Combine flour, graham crumbs, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla.
  3. Mix dry ingredients with the wet mixture, then add milk until batter forms.
  4. Scoop batter onto a baking sheet and bake until golden and set. Cool completely.
  5. Beat butter and marshmallow creme, then add powdered sugar and vanilla to form filling.
  6. Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream to create a smooth ganache.
  7. Pipe marshmallow filling onto half the cookie rounds.
  8. Spread or drizzle ganache onto the remaining rounds.
  9. Sandwich cookies together gently and chill briefly for cleaner edges.
