Description

A comforting, flavor-packed dish featuring tender chicken breasts filled with a creamy spinach mixture for an easy and satisfying dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry and cut a pocket into the thickest side of each breast.
  2. Season the outside of the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, garlic, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the filling and secure with toothpicks if needed.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken on both sides until golden.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 375°F for 18–22 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  1. Frozen spinach can be used if fully thawed and squeezed dry.
  2. Reheat gently with a splash of broth to prevent drying.
  3. Prepare chicken up to one day ahead before cooking.
