A refreshing homemade version of the Starbucks Strawberry Acai Refresher featuring real strawberries, acai, and bright citrus flavor made with simple ingredients.

- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 cup white grape juice
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon acai powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon passion fruit powder or 1 tablespoon passion fruit juice
- 1 to 2 teaspoons sugar or sweetener
- 1 cup cold water, lemonade, or coconut milk
- 1/4 cup freeze-dried or fresh strawberries
- Ice
Instructions
- Simmer strawberries, white grape juice, and water until berries soften and liquid turns bright red.
- Strain mixture to remove solids and create a smooth strawberry base.
- Stir in acai powder, lemon juice, passion fruit, and sweetener while warm.
- Chill the strawberry-acai base completely.
- Combine base with cold water, lemonade, or coconut milk.
- Add ice and freeze-dried or fresh strawberries.
- Stir or shake before serving.
Notes
- Store base in a sealed jar for up to one week.
- Shake before using as fruit particles may settle.
